The Heart Dish
Each Heart Dish is handmade with great care and patience using traditional skills. No two will ever be exactly alike, that’s the real beauty of hand made work.
The iron Heart Dish measure 120mm (4 1/2″) by 120mm (4 1/2″) and stand approximately 30mm( 1 1/4″) high. They are forged from 6mm (1/4″) iron stock and weigh 420g (1Ib). These are substantial as well as beautiful pieces.
The forged dishes are treated with several coats of ‘Renaissance Wax’ to create an attractive and protective patina. The real beauty of the iron shines through.
Each dish is ‘signed’ on the base using the Coach House Forge makers mark.
Personalisation
Your iron dish can be personalised to create a totally unique gift for your anniversary or special occasion. We will hand stamp your message using individual vintage letter & number punches.
