After our busiest summer to date, we’ve finally had a chance to come up for air, take a breath, and indulge ourselves with something rather lovely: sitting down and having a good read through our reviews.

And what a treat they have been to read.

We are so very grateful for each and every one. Behind every review is a person who has chosen to give their time, thoughts and feedback, and that is something never taken for granted.

Quite frankly, reading them makes our day. It’s a wonderful reminder of why we do what we do, and we couldn’t be more thankful to everyone who takes the time to leave a review.

As a small, family-run, independent business, it can sometimes feel daunting to put ourselves out there and, as they say, blow our own trumpet. That’s why having the support of our wonderful customers means so much. We do it ourselves, before we purchase anything we always go and have a look at the reviews from previous buyers. Learning of other customer experiences is like having a recommendation from a family member or friend. It offers a little insight into the company, what it’s like to deal with them, and what you can expect from your own experience.

Boosting sales.

The knock-on effect of building trust in our brand is, quite simply, an increase in sales.

In such a competitive retail market, word-of-mouth recommendations are absolutely priceless. A positive review or personal recommendation can be the reassurance a potential customer needs to go ahead and hit the ‘buy’ button.

Here at Coach House Forge, we are great believers that all feedback is valuable. So, on the very rare occasion that we receive negative feedback, we own it.
