These traditional, rustic twist fire pokers are handmade at our Forge in Cheshire, England

If you are looking for a unique and characterful fire prodder then look no further.

This beautiful and minimal ‘barley twist’ design is a classic among blacksmiths, making it a charming and timeless piece that will compliment any fireplace.
We have added a brass ring to the end for hanging.
This iron poker is strong, durable, and made to last!

Poker lengths will vary between 600 – 660mm due to the handmade nature of the item. If you would like a specific length please get in touch.

Perfect for coal fires, wood burners or fire pits.

Once forged the pokers are given several coats of Beeswax and Renaissance wax to create an attractive and protective patina.

Please note: Each poker will be slightly different that’s the real beauty of hand-made work, however, everyone will feature the Coach House Forge makers mark.

All our work is proudly signed, inconspicuously, on the metal using a maker’s stamp, the sing of quality!
